Lenovo Z6 Pro 5G Variant Launched at MWC Shanghai 2019

Lenovo launched its Z6 Pro flagship smartphone early this year. This latest flagship from the company with 5G capabilities has been unveiled at ongoing MWC Shanghai 2019 in China. Chinese manufacturer OPPO has also recently unveiled its 5G Reno 10x Zoom smartphone at MWC Shanghai’19 as well. The availability and pricing of the 5G edition of the Lenovo Z6 Pro are yet to be known.
Similar to the earlier released flagship model, the Lenovo Z6 Pro 5G also shares identical specifications, and additionally, it also equips Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X50 modem that brings the faster 5G connectivity to the device. As stated the design and specifications of the Lenovo Z6 Pro 5G are identical to the flagship; however, you can witness a transparent back on the rear of the device along with 5G branding above the rear cameras.
Digging into the specifications, the Lenovo 5G Z6 Pro comprises of a 6.39-inch AMOLED Full HD+ water drop notch display, which is said to be developed by Samsung that also features HDR 10 support as well. The 5G Pro is equipped with Snapdragon 855 SoC paired with Adreno 640 GPU — followed by upto 12GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage.
For cameras, the Lenovo 5G Z6 Pro offers quad rear cameras comprising of a 48MP primary sensor coupled with a 16MP ultra-wide camera and an 8MP Telephoto sensor, which are further accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor as well. Up front, it has a 32MP selfie shooter beheld in the notch. The cameras support additional features that include Super Nigth Scene, Dual Scene, and Hyper Video, and more.
The Lenovo Z6 Pro 5G is further backed by a decent 4000mAh battery that supports 27W Quick Charge, and the device will be shipping with Android Pie based ZUI 11 out-of-the-box. On the connectivity front, apart from 5G capabilities, the Z6 Pro 5G also supports LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC and it comes with a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfers as well.
