Update — The Motorola One Vision is the company’s latest smartphone to launch in India. It was launched in Saphhire and Bronze color options and comes with a price tag of Rs 19,999. The device offers 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. FYI, there is no MicroSD card slot on this device for storage expansion. The Motorola One Vision will be up for sale today at 12 pm on Flipkart. Talking about the offers, the users can get 5% instant discount when purchasing with ICICI Bank Debit and Credit cards. There is also a no-cost EMI option starting from Rs 3,334 per month.
Earlier (June 20th) — Last month, Motorola has officially launched the all-new Motorola One Vision smartphone in Brazil. As announced earlier, the company today launched the same device in the Indian market. In India, Motorola is already selling the Motorola One and One Power smartphones. Now, the new Motorola One Vision will be the company’s third smartphone in the One series. In the coming weeks, the company will also the launch Motorola One Action and Motorola One Pro Android One smartphones with triple and quad cameras setups respectively.
Talking about the newly launched Motorola One Vision, it comes with a curved glass body and sports 2.5D glass on the front. The device comes with a 6.3-inch CinemaVision display with Full HD+ (2520 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 21:9 aspect ratio. Just like the recently launched Samsung Galaxy M40, the Motorola One Vision also comes with a camera cut-out on the top left corner for the in-display camera. Under the hood, the device comes powered by Samsung’s Exynos 9609 octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz.
This is the first ever Moto smartphone to use a Samsung chipset. It comes coupled with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Talking about the cameras, the One Vision sports dual camera setup on the rear featuring 48MP primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture and a 5MP night vision sensor with f/2.2 aperture. It comes with OIS support and can record 4k videos at 30 fps. On the front, there is a 25MP camera with f/2.0 aperture for capturing selfies. It comes with a rear-facing fingerprint scanner and also supports face unlock.
The Motorola One Vision will be part of Android One family and runs on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. It is also guaranteed to receive two major Android update and monthly security patch updates for three years. The company also added Motorola exclusive features like Moto Action and Moto Display. It is backed by a 3,500mAh non-removable battery and also supports TurboPower fast charging. The Motorola One Vision comes with a hybrid SIM card slot where the users can add a MicroSD card instead of the secondary SIM card for storage expansion.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, A-GPS, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. It measures 160.1 x 71.2 x 8.7 mm and weighs 181 grams. Both the power button and volume rocker are placed on the right edge. The device will be available in Sapphire Blue and Bronze color options.
