Lenovo Z6 Pro with Snapdragon 855 SoC & Quad Rear cameras Launched in China

Lenovo has officially launched its latest flagship smartphone – the Lenovo Z6 Pro in China. Over the past month, there were several leaks and teasers of this much-anticipated flagship phone, which has been finally launched by the company today in China. The flagship smartphone has been the much-awaited phone ever since it has been teased as the first camera phone that can shoot photos in 100MP resolution.

As suggested by the recently released specifications report, the Lenovo Z6 Pro features a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with a dewdrop notch that beholds the selfie camera. The display also features the fingerprint sensor underneath for authentication as well. The design of the Z6 Pro appears to be the same as what we have seen in the earlier released flagship devices from the competition.

Under the hood, the Lenovo Z6 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm’s latest 7nm Snapdragon 855 processor. On the storage front, the flagship Z6 Pro comes in different variants that include – a 6/8GB RAM variant and also a whopping 12GB of RAM and 128/256/512GB of onboard storage variants. The primary USP of the Lenovo Z6 Pro is said to be its quad rear cameras setup that comprises of a 48MP primary sensor, which is followed by a 16MP ultra-wide angle sensor and an 8MP telephoto sensor and 2MP ToF/ depth sensor.

As teased, the quad rear cameras are claimed to be capturing a 125-degree wide angle shot, which is supposedly the first in any smartphone, and there’s a 2.39cm Super macro mode as well. And, up front, the Lenovo Z6 Pro holds a 32MP selfie shooter in the notch along with the speaker grille.

Further, there’s Hyper Video feature and Super Night feature, for low light photography similar to what we have seen on the Pixel and Huawei’s P30 smartphones. The latest flagship Lenovo is fueled by a decent 4000mAh battery, which has a new liquid cooling system and the battery also supports quick charging as well.

Additionally, the Lenovo Z6 Pro features a Dolby Atmos for better surround audio. And, lastly, the Lenovo Z6 Pro runs on the Android 9.0 Pie-based Lenovo’s ZUI 11 out-of-the-box. As for the pricing, the company had already begun early reservations this week, and the Lenovo Z6 Pro is priced at CNY 2899 (Rs 31,000 approx) for (6+128GB) variant, CNY 2999 (Rs 31,500 approx) for (8+128GB), CNY 3799 (Rs 39,500 approx) for (8+256GB), and CNY 4,999 (Rs 52,000 approx) for the larger (12GB+512GB) variant.
