Are looking to purchase a new smartphone in India? Then you need to wait for few more days to get the latest smartphones with 18:9 aspect ratio and thinner bezels. Apart from the display, the selfies should also look much better on these devices. A couple of high-end smartphones are already confirmed to launch in China. Coming to the international markets, we will be seeing the first ever smartphone from Razer, that too a gaming smartphone.
Tip: Don’t buy OnePlus 5, the company is (reportedly) bringing its successor. 🙂
A selfie-centric Redmi smartphone from Xiaomi is teased to launch on November 2nd in India. We expect the company to launch the Redmi Note 5A with the 16MP selfie camera. The variant launched in China came with a 5.5-inch Full HD display and Snapdragon 435 octa-core processor. On the same day, the company will also release the all-new MIUI 9 based Android Nougat. It sports a 12MP single camera on the rear along with a 5MP selfie camera on the front. As of now, there is no information about the launch date of the Redmi Note 5.
The first ever smartphone from Razer will be unveiled on November 1st. Earlier this month, we exclusively covered about the specifications leaked through GFXbench website. The gaming-centric smartphone will be sporting a 5.7-inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) on the front. Unlike the recent high-end devices, the Razer Phone will come with the regular 16:9 aspect ratio. It packs Snapdragon 835 octa-core processor and comes coupled with Adreno 540 GPU and 8GB of RAM. Though the Android 8.0 Oreo is already here, the smartphone will be running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box. The listing also hints the device to come with Razer’s own customized UI. On the design front, the company is taking a cue from the Nextbit first smartphone, Robin. The leaked image also revealed the Razer Phone to feature dual camera setup on the rear.
HMD Global has recently launched the Nokia 7 smartphone in China, and the India launch might happen on October 31st. The leaks also revealed the renders of the Nokia 9 smartphone. As seen on the Nokia 8, the Nokia 9 will also sport dual cameras on the rear. The slimmer bezels on the front also hint the device to sport 18:9 display. There will be on 3.5mm headset jack on the Nokia. If the rumors are to believed, the Nokia 9 will be coming with a 5.5-inch Quad HD display, Snapdragon 835 SoC, and 4GB/6GB of RAM.
