Vivo V15 & Vivo Y17 Smartphones Get a Rs 2,000 Price Cut in India

Vivo today announced price cut two new smartphones – Vivo V15 and Vivo Y17. Last month, the company launched the Vivo V17 with waterdrop notch display and Helio P35 SoC in India. At Rs 17,990, the Vivo Y17 is also the most affordable Vivo smartphone with the triple camera setup. Now, the company further sweetened the deal by announcing a price cut of Rs 2,000. The customers can now purchase the Vivo Y17 for just Rs 15,990.

Just last month, the company announced a discount of Rs 2,000 on the Vivo V15 smartphone. Along with the Vivo Vivo Y17, the company now announced another Rs 2,000 price cut on the Vivo V15. With a total discount of Rs 4,000, the Vivo V15 is now available for Rs 19,990. Under Rs 20,000 price range, the Vivo V15 is the only smartphone to offer a complete full view display with no notch or bezels. It even comes with a pop-up camera on the top for capturing selfies.

Both the Vivo V15 and Vivo Y17 smartphones are not yet available at the new prices on online and offline stores. The Vivo V15 comes with a 6.39-inch FullView AMOLED display with 90.95% screen-to-body ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, the Vivo V15 comes powered by the 12nm MediaTek Helio P70 octa-core processor coupled with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It packs 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

Talking about the cameras, the Vivo V15 sports triple camera setup on the rear featuring a 12MP primary sensor camera with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP super wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 5MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The pop-up selfie camera on the top comes with a 32MP resolution sensor. It is backed by a 4,000mAh non-removable battery and supports fast charging. On the other hand, the Vivo Y17 sports 6.35-inch HD+ display and is powered by Helio P35 SoC.

It comes loaded with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The triple camera setup on the Vivo Y17 features a 13MP primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP depth sensor.
