Realme’s 64MP Quad Rear Camera Phone named — the Realme XT, to be launched before Diwali

The much-awaited Realme 5 series has finally been launched in the country. The first Quad rear camera phones — the Realme 5 and the Realme 5 Pro have been introduced by the company, which also came with latest Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processors. However, there has been a lot of anticipation about the next Realme smartphone, which is supposedly coming with a 64MP rear camera, the first phone from Realme, which has already been teased earlier by CEO Madhav Sheth.

Realme CEO has shed some more information regarding the upcoming 64MP quad rear camera phone, which finally gets its moniker at the Realme launch event held for its Realme 5 series phone. CEO Madhav has announced it as Realme XT — the first 64MP camera phone from Realme, which is likely to be launched before Diwali, as suggested earlier.

According to the CEO, Realme is said to be working on the new 64MP camera phone, which the company is now calling 64MP Quad Camera Xpert phone a.k.a — the Realme XT. The XT in the moniker translates to the phone’s camera expertise, and he has also further clarified the Realme XT to be the world’s first 64MP Quad rear camera smartphone. He has further hinted the launch could be around in September and definitely before Diwali, as announced earlier.

More deets including the display, processor and other technical specifications of the Realme XT are yet to be known. Nonetheless, what’s confirmed according to earlier reports is that the Realme XT utilizes Samsung latest ISOCELL sensors, of which the sensor featured is Samsung’s 64MP GW1 sensor. This new sensor made by the Korean tech giant is also said to be capturing better low light images as well.
