Earlier this week, Realme launched the Realme 3 Pro and Realme C2 smartphones in India. The mid-range Realme 3 Pro is powered by 10nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset and comes in 4GB and 6GB RAM variants. Last year’s Realme 2 Pro was launched in three different storage variants – 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 64GB, and 8GB + 128GB. It is still the most affordable 8GB RAM smartphone available in the market. Now, the latest report suggests the Realme 3 Pro 8GB RAM variant could be launched in July.
The newly launched Realme 3 Pro is priced at Rs 13,999 for the 4GB+64GB variant and Rs 16,999 for the 6GB+128GB variant. The upcoming 8GB RAM variant could be priced around Rs 18,000 in India. At that price, we think it will only offer 128GB of internal storage. However, the device comes with a dedicated MicroSD card slot for expanding the storage up to 256GB. Talking about the other specifications, it sports a 6.3-inch Full HD+ (2340 × 1080 pixels) with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Under the hood is the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 Mobile Platform featuring Kryo 360 CPU and Adreno 616 GPU. In the camera department, the device comes with a 16MP + 5MP dual camera setup on the rear with f/1.7 aperture and a 25MP selfie camera on the front with f/2.0 aperture. The Realme 3 Pro is the only smartphone offer 960fps super slow-motion option in the sub Rs 15,000 price segment. It runs on the latest ColorOS 6.0 based on Android 9.0 Pie.
It comes with a beautiful looking gradient finish and is available in Carbon Gray and Nitro Blue color options. The device comes with a rear-facing fingerprint scanner and supports face unlock. With the Realme 3 Pro, the company is also offering OPPO’s VOOC 3.0 flash charge technology that can charge the device with 20W output. However, it comes with a dated MicroUSB port for charging. It will go on sale for the very first time on April 29th. Stay tuned on Phone Radar for more details!
