Gionee has already confirmed to launch almost half a dozen smartphone on November 26th in China. The list of the upcoming smartphones includes Gionee M7 Plus, S11, S11S, F6, and F205. All these smartphones will also feature displays with 18:9 aspect ratio. Talking about the Gionee S11 and S11S, today the company revealed few key details of both these devices. As seen on the Gionee S10 smartphones, the upcoming S11 and S11S will also sport four camera sensors.
The Gionee S11 is said to come with 16MP + 5MP dual rear cameras and 16MP + 8MP dual front cameras. Coming to the Gionee S11S, it includes 16MP + 8MP dual rear cameras and 20MP + 8MP dual front cameras. Both the devices will sport 6.01-inch FullView AMOLED displays with Full HD+ (2160 × 1080 pixels) resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. Since the Gionee S10 devices came with high-end MediaTek chipsets, we also expect the company to go with MediaTek chipsets for the S11 devices.
The TENAA listing also revealed the devices to run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box. Apart from the cameras, both the Gionee S11 and S11S will be sharing the specifications. The device will include 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage. With the minimal bezels, the fingerprint sensor will be placed on the rear of the device. The devices will support dual SIM and comes with a 3,600mAh battery. They will measure 155.82 x 72.58 x 6.95 mm and weighs 177.8 grams.
Earlier to this, we came to know about the Gionee M7 Plus from the TENAA listing. Unlike the Gionee S11 devices, the M7 Plus comes with a leather-covered body. It is also backed by a huge 5,000mAh battery. The smartphone will be featuring dual cameras only on the rear. Recently, the company has launched the Gionee M7 Power with 4,000mAh battery in the Indian market for Rs. 16,999.
