We have seen Xiaomi launched its target Mi A2 Android One smartphone in India back in August with 4GB and 64GB RAM option, but now the company has also decided to launch the 6GB RAM and 128GB variant in the country which will also be the top end version. This model will come with the same specs sheet other than the storage option and this variant will be available for Rs. 17,999 in the country for a limited time and might increase later as per the company’s statement. The variant is already going for sale in Amazon.in while the 4GB / 64 GB variant is being sold for a discounted price of Rs. 14,999.

The Mi A2 comes with 5.99-inch Display with 2160 x 1080 pixels FHD+ resolution along with 2.5D glass on top and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, we can find an Octa-core Snapdragon 660 processor coupled with 4GB as well as 6GB RAM variants and Adreno 512 GPU. Out of the box, it will come with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system which is upgradable to Android 9.0 Pie.
We can find a 12MP main camera sensor on the rear with Sony IMX438 sensor and LED flash which will be accompanied with a 20MP secondary camera with Sony IMX376 sensor. There is also a 20MP selfie camera with the same IMX376 Sony sensor and soft LEF flash. Xiaomi has provided the Mi A2 with a fingerprint sensor on the rear and also has an infrared sensor also.
