Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro Launched in China

Huawei launched its Mate 20 series in the Chinese market and pricing of these devices are mentioned in detailed. The Huawei Mate 20 will be going for sale at CNY 4,000 for the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant while the 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at CNY 4,500. Moreover, to everyone’s surprise, Huawei Mate Mate 20 Pro will be offered without a fingerprint scanner and it will be costing CNY 5,400 for the 6GB + 128GB variant. On the other hand, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro (UD) will be sold at CNY 6,000 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage while the 8GB + 256GB variant will be priced at CNY 6,800.

The Huawei Mate 20 X is priced at CNY 5,000 for the 6GB + 128GB variant while the 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at CNY 6,000. The Huawei Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 Pro (UD) and Mate 20X will go for sale from today while the Huawei Mate 20 RS Porsche Design will go for sale starting November 10 and is priced at CNY 13,000 for the 8GB + 128GB variant. Earlier: Well, many have been waiting for many days for the launch of Huawei’s next flagship device. Now the wait is over, as the company has unveiled the Mate 20 Pro along with the Mate 20 and Huawei Watch GT. These devices have been announced in an event going on in London, UK and both these new devices from the Mate series support AR features. The Mate 20 Pro will be coming in Midnight Blue, Black, Emerald Green, Pink Gold and twilight colors giving its users more options to choose from.

The flagship device will be coming with a fingerprint sensor under the display to enhance the security levels. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro sports the new Kirin 980 processor and the company claims that the chipset is capable of providing up to 51 percent faster launch time and deliver quick speeds across Android. The company has included a 4200mAh battery on the device and also announced its new Lightning Speed charging menthol that delivers 70 percent battery life in just 30 minutes of charge.

Moreover, the device will be coming with a triple rear camera setup, with three different focal lengths. One is a 40MP sensor is a conventional wide-angle lens, one being a 20MP camera for super wide shots and the third one is an 8MP camera with a telephoto camera. There is also an adaptive dual-tone flash on the device and all these are placed are in a quad-circle on the back. Also, there is an underwater mode for the camera of this device which is claimed to optimize the shots taken under water. There is also AI color mode that will be able to retain color of the subject and change the background of the shot.

There is also a 3D depth sensing 24MP camera on the front, that allows face unlocking on the Android device within 0.6 seconds. Out of the box, it will be featuring Android 9 Pie operating system with the companies latest EMUI 9 on top. It comes with a USB-C port and there is no traditional speaker on the bottom and comes with a unique speaker system.
