Meizu Note 8 is the companies new mid-ranger that has been announced in China as it was mentioned last week. The device will come in Black, Blue, Red, and Purple color variants and is priced at 1298 Yuan (approx Rs. 13,700, US $186). Earlier, the handset was spotted on TENNA with the model number M822Q and revealed few specs initially and then after the leaks, Meizu officially announced that the upcoming Note device would be launched on 25th of October and the company has done the same.
The Meizu Note 8 flaunts a metal body and a fingerprint sensor, while on the rear it has a 3600mAh battery that supports mCharge for fast charging. Under the hood, we can find a 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 632 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and Adreno 506 GPU. Unlike the leaks, the handset will come with 6-inch of display with (2160 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio display. This is a dual-SIM variant and supports 4G VoLTE connectivity along with the connectivity options like Bluetooth v4.2 LE, GPS + GLONASS and few more.
The onboard storage is 64GB which can be extended further up to a maximum of 128GB via microSD card slot. Out of the box, the Note 8 will come with Flyme OS 7 based on Android 8.1 Oreo and is expected to get further updates also. There is a fingerprint sensor on the device to enhance the security levels and the handset measures 153. 64 mm x 75.56 mm x 7.95 mm and weighs 168 grams.
There is a 12MP main rear-facing camera with Sony IMX362 sensor along with Dual PD autofocus, 6P lens and LED flash. There is also a 5MP camera on the device on the rear while on the front we can find an 8MP camera with a f/2.0 aperture size. There is a fingerprint sensor on the device to enhance the security levels and also has a 3600mAh battery as mentioned already with mCharge fast charging.
