Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro with Snapdragon 855 SoC Listed Online Ahead of Launch

In the last few days, we have already seen a couple of unboxing videos of the Mi 9T smartphone. Xiaomi has already scheduled the launch event for June 12th to officially launched Mi 9T smartphone. As per the leaks, the Redmi K20 launched in China will be rebranded as Mi 9T for the global markets. Now, the Mi 9T Pro is spotted on the benchmarking website Geekbench. As per the earlier leaks, the company is working on a new Snapdragon 855 powered smartphone codenamed Raphael.
Since the Redmi K20 Pro also comes with the Snapdragon 855 chipset, we can expect it to be launched outside of China as Mi 9T Pro. As per the Geekbench listing, the device comes with 8GB of RAM and runs on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. It has scored 3453 on single-core and 10,363 on multi-core tests. In India, the company will be launching them directly as Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro smartphones. The Mi 9T Pro will be coming with a notch-less display with a pop-up camera on the top.
The Redmi K20 Pro launched in China came with a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution and offers 91.9% screen-to-body ratio. It also supports hardware-based DC Dimming feature. It offers upto 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. Coming to the cameras, the triple camera setup on the rear features a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor with f/1.75 aperture, 13MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and an 8MP telephoto sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
On the top, there is a 20MP pop-up selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. It also comes equipped with 8-layer Graphite Heat Sink for better heat dissipation. The device is backed by a 4,000mAh non-removable battery and supports 27W fast charging. It even comes with a dedicated DAC and offers Hi-Fi audio output. In China, the Redmi K20 Pro is launched in Carbon Fiber Black, Flame Red, and Glacier Blue color options. Stay tuned on Phone Radar for more details!
