Vodafone has Android-based smartphones previously. However, the latest ones to enter the market from the company are the new Smart series of devices. These are the latest Android smartphones that Vodafone has now launched in the market and they do have some interesting features to talk about. Firstly it is worth noting that all these are affordable handsets from the company which sports a decent set of specs for the price at which they are being offered at. So let’s take a look at the different specs that these smartphones offer.
Talking about the specs of this smartphone, it comes with a 5-inch HD display on the front. This is an IPS panel which has a resolution of 720 x 1280. This is certainly not the most pixel-dense display but this is not something that we can complain at this price. At the back, there is a fingerprint scanner as well which you can use to quickly unlock the smartphone. Internally, the Smart N8 is powered by a Mediatek MT6737, which is a quad-core processor that is clocked at 1.25GHz.
It is also coupled with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The storage can also be expanded via a microSD card upto 32GB and hence, storage should not be an issue after all. The best about this smartphone is that it is running on Android 7.1 Nougat OS, out of the box. In terms of the camera, we are looking at a 13MP sensor at the back with a f/2.0 aperture and dual LED flash. On the front, there is also a 5MP front-facing selfie shooter. This is a Vodafone exclusive smartphone and the prices for this one starts at 4.5 euros/ month contract.
The Vodafone V8 has better specs offering in comparison to the Smart N8 smartphone. This one has a 5.5″ FHD display on the front. Internally, it is powered by a Snapdragon 435 SoC which is a quad-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz. It is coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage out of the box which can be further expanded upto 128GB via a microSD card. In terms of the camera, we are looking at a 16MP rear facing sensor, whereas, on the front, we have an 8MP selfie shooter. The whole package is kept powered by a 3,000 mAh battery.

This one is the cheapest of the bunch. It sports a 5-inch qHD display on the front which gives it a pixel density of 196 PPI. It is powered by a Snapdragon 210 SoC which has a quad-core processor clocked at 1.1GHz. It is coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which is further expandable upto 128GB via a microSD card. The smartphone sports a 5MP sensor at the back, whereas on the front we have a 2MP front facing shooter. There is also a 2,200 mAh battery powering the entire package. This smartphone supports 4G and you can get it for a contract by paying 3 euros a month.
