Intex is known for launching a bunch of new devices every year. This year so far, we have already seen a bunch of new releases from the company. And on the same lines, we now have yet another launch from Intex and this time it is the ELYT e7 smartphone. This new smartphone is more like an entry to a mid-ranged handset that offers some really good internals for the price at which it is being offered at.

Talking about the specs, we are looking at a 5.2-inch HD display which means that it has a resolution of 1280 x 720. This display is covered by a 2.5D Gorilla glass. Internally, it is powered by a 1.25 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737V processor which is also coupled with a Mali-T720 GPU. It also comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. You can also expand this storage upto 128GB via a microSD card which is always a great feature to have around.

This dual SIM handset accepts two cards or 1 SIM card and 1 microSD card since it is a hybrid slot. In terms of the camera, we are looking at a 13MP rear-facing camera with LED flash whereas, on the front, we have a 5MP selfie shooter. Both the cameras have an aperture size of f/2.2. But what’s more interesting is that the smartphone comes with a 4,020 mAh battery which should be more than enough to keep it powered for an entire day easily without any issues.

The ELYT e7 is running on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box which is again a plus point since most other smartphones are yet to receive the update in this price point. The connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. It measures 140×71.2×7.4mm in dimensions and weighs 156 grams. The Intex ELYT e7 will be sold exclusively via Amazon India. You can get it in Gold color option for 7,999 INR. Having said that, we would like to know your thoughts on this.
