Vertex has launched two new entry-level devices called as Impress Wave and Impress Mars. Both these devices will be coming with 4G support and also supports dual-SIM connectivity. Recently Vertex has launched devices like Vertex Impress In Touch, Vertex Impress Eagle, Vertex Impress XXL, Vertex Impress Action and few other devices but the company has not grabbed the attention in the market. This relatively new company would like to come with more devices and compete against many other smartphone makers in the market.
The Vertex Impress Wave comes with a compact 4-inch touchscreen display with resolutions of 800 x 480 pixels giving a pixel density of 233 PPI. Under the hood, there is a Quad-core Cortex A53 MediaTek MT6735 processor with a clocking speed of 1.3 GHz, coupled with 1GB of RAM and Mali T720 GPU. On the back, there is a Li-Ion 1500 mAh battery and the device is pretty light weight just 106 grams and measures 125 mm x 64 mm x 9.8 mm.
The Vertex Impress Wave will feature an 8MP camera on the rear with LED flash, while there is a 5MP selfie camera. Out of the box, the handset will be coming with Android 5.1 Lollipop and will have the common` connectivity options and sensors that required for automation of a device. The Vertex Impress Wave will be available in black color variant and will support 4G connectivity,
The Vertex Impress Mars is a bigger variant with slightly improved specifications as it comes with .5-inch IPS LCD with 1280 x 720-pixel resolutions giving a pixel density of 267 PPI. To power this handset there is the same Quad-core 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6737 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and Mali T720 GPU.
This device from Vertex will come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box and will have a 3000 mAH battery on the back to power the handset. There is 8GB of internal storage which could be extended up to 32GB via microSD card slot, and the device will be available in Gold and Silver color variants.
Coming to the camera front, there is a 13MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and 5MP selfie camera for selfies. On the back, the handset is equipped with a 3000 mAH battery and will come with all the conventional sensors. To enhance the security levels, the company has added a Fingerprint sensor and will be weighing 180 grams.
