HMD Global will be unveiling the Nokia 6.2 smartphone as the successor to Nokia 6.1 on June 6th. As per the rumors, the Nokia X71 launched in Taiwan could be rebranded as Nokia 6.2 for the global markets. Now, the Google ad spotted online allegedly revealed the 4GB RAM of the Nokia 6.2 to cost Rs 18,999 in India. We also expect HMD Global to launch the Nokia 6.2 with 6GB of RAM as well. As mentioned earlier, the Nokia 6.2 might share the same specifications as the earlier launched Nokia X71.

The Nokia X71 came with a 6.4-inch PureDisplay display with Full HD+ resolution and 19.3:9 aspect ratio. The punch-hole display with a small cut-out for front camera offers 93% screen-to-body ratio. It came powered by Snapdragon 660 SoC and includes 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. We hope the company changes minimal changes in terms of specs, mainly the older Snapdragon 660 chipset needs to get replaced.

In the camera department, the Nokia X71 sports triple camera setup featuring 48MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with 120-degree FoV, and a 5MP depth sensor. For selfies, there is a 16MP in-display camera on the front with f/2.0 aperture. It is backed by a 3,500mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging. The device also sports a circular fingerprint scanner on the rear. It is also part of Android One family and runs on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port. Both the power button and volume rocker are placed on the right edge. The power button also comes with a breathing light which acts the notifications LED light. It comes with a sturdy metal frame with 2.5D curved glass on the front and rear.
