With this One UI update, the Galaxy Wearable will be getting a design similar to that of the dark interface but Samsung has not given or mentioned any changelog along with this update. This app could be updated manually from the Galaxy Store or wait for the update to hit your device. The new version is not available on the play store yet which should be seen soon. Few UI enhancements like bottom bar navigations can be observed.
