Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge get 24K Gold, Platinum and Rose Gold finishes from Goldgenie

Published

“Luxury” is getting into the new Samsung smartphones as well, although we might say they already look good to be called luxury devices. We aren’t exaggerating. Goldgenie, the London based luxury customisation specialists have been giving luxury finishes to the Samsung devices earlier as well, and that was evident with the S5 and Galaxy Alpha getting 24k Gold finish. Now, the same is being done on the new Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.

There will be three special finish variants made available for the Galaxy S6 and the special Edge version, that comes with dual-side edge display with features such as People Edge, where pulling up favorite contacts becomes easier.

So, Goldgenie has made 24k Gold, Rose Gold and Platinum signature luxury finishes for both the smartphones. The best part is, if you really intend to buy one of them, you won’t need to wait as the special luxury edition devices are going to be available from April 10th, the same day when Samsung is officially releasing these new flagships in the market.

Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge Luxury

The pre-order for these start from 20th March, and that would be till 7th April. The price for 24K one starts from £1664 exc. VAT, and we are yet to find out whether it is the price for S6 or the S6 Edge.

You are paying a hefty amount, so surely there’s something that wraps around the device as a package to make it look even more luxurious. The S6 and S6 Edge come in luxury cherry oak display case. More details to follow very soon, with some actual photos of the device.
