Karbonn has launched a new smartphone in the Titanium series, the Karbonn Titanium Mach Two, with a light weight body having a 5-inch display. It is an IPS display with HD resolution, and comes with a Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Interestingly, the device also has a Gorilla Glass 3 screen on the back as well.
The Mach Two is powered by an octa-core processor clocking at 1.4 GHz, and 1GB RAM. While it runs Android 4.4 KitKat OS, the company says it push Android Lollipop update to the device in future. The device has 8GB internal storage, and a MicroSD card slot for storage expansion of up to 32GB.
One interesting thing about the Titanium Mach Two, is that it has two 8-megapixel cameras. The rear 8MP camera has a BSI sensor, while the front one isn’t a compromise as it comes with autofocus, and has much to offer for selfies and video calls. There are features such as Face Beauty Mode (to beautify photos), Face Detection and Smile shot.
Apart from the camera software features, there are some changes in the UI as well, where features like Smart Eye, Lock screen notification are included. The lock screen notification feature enables user to view all the updates on the lock screen. The connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. This is a Dual SIM device.
The phone looks sleek in the pictures, but we’ll get to know about the build when we get a hands-on with it, with the dual Gorilla Glass 3 cover on it. The device is available in Deep Blue color option right now, and the price for it is Rs. 10490.
