Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime Android Pie Update Rolling Out in India

The Galaxy On7 Prime from Samsung is receiving a new update in India that brings Android Pie update. The update brings One UI along with many new features like Night Mode, camera scene optimizer, reorganized setting menu layout and a few more. It also brings Android security patch that is claimed to fix seven different critical vulnerability along with many other vulnerabilities with high and moderate risk levels. The update is said to be rolled out in phases in the country and has a size of 1034MB in size.
The Galaxy On7 was launched in India last year is receiving the update and bring Android Security patch for the month of May and also an upgrade to Android Pie. The Scene Optimizer in the camera application bring editing tools from the Photo Editor Pro in Gallery application and also new storage analysis tools in the My Files application. Few other changes include the ability to reply to messages directly from the notification panel and bring new emojis in the Samsung keyboard, floating keyboard with transparency adjustment and Bixby improvements.
The device comes with a metal body with 2.5D curved glass on the front. It comes with a 5.5-inch display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. Under the hood is the Exynos 7870 octa-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz. The device will be available 3GB and 4GB RAM variants with 32GB and 64GB of storage options. There is also a microSD card slot for extending the storage up to a maximum of 256GB.
It has a 13MP selfie sensor on the front which also has a LED flash. Now the device is receiving the latest Android update and bring the security patch for the month of May.
