Samsung Galaxy M40 to feature 6.3-inch FHD+ display, 32MP Triple rear cameras & SD 675 SoC: Specs Leaked
Samsung India has geared up to launch its new Snapdragon 6 series smartphone – the Galaxy M40 next week. The tech giant has started teasing its latest smartphone through Amazon, and the device is said to be featuring Samsung’s Infinity-O Display, and Triple Rear Cameras as well. While the earlier leaks predicted that the Galaxy M40 would be featuring 6GB of RAM and Snapdragon’s 675 SoC, according to a Geekbench test leaked, there’s been a new report suggesting few other specifications that would be featuring in the upcoming Galaxy M40 Smartphone.
A new report from SamMobile reveals the Galaxy M40 specifications; the phone is said to be featuring a 6.3-inch FHD+ Samsung’s Infinity-O display, meaning we can witness the punch-hole camera on the M40 similar to what we came across on the latest flagship Galaxy S10 model. As stated earlier, the Galaxy M40 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 675 SoC – followed by 6GB RAM and 128GB of onboard storage as well.
The triple rear cameras featuring on the back of the Galaxy M40 are said to be comprised of a 32MP primary camera coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 5MP depth sensor as well. Upfront, the Galaxy M40 will be coming with a 16MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole of the screen. The report further reveals that the Galaxy M40 might also come with a decent 3500mAh battery. Furthermore, the Galaxy M40 would be the first device to ship with Android 9.0 out-of-the-box in the Galaxy M series line-up.
Conversing of the line-up, Samsung already has the Galaxy M10, M20 and M30 catered to budget to mid-range segments in India and the Galaxy M40 would be added to the portfolio next week. The Galaxy M40 would be launched in India on June 11th as an Amazon exclusive. Stay tuned to PhoneRadar for more such interesting updates.
