Samsung Galaxy A2 Core Android Go smartphone has been in the leaks from a few months now is expected to replace the Galaxy J2 Core device is leaked again. The pricing and specs sheet of the device has been shared and recently we have also seen the specification of the device were leaked via few reports. The device is expected to be launched in India for Rs. 5,290 and will be available in Dark Grey, Blue, and Red color option.
According to the new leaks, the Galaxy A2 Core will be coming with a plastic rear along with a glossy appeal and it will be coming with a 5-inch display offering 960 x 540-pixel resolutions. The handset will be measuring 141.5 x 70.9 x 9.1 mm and since it is an Android Go version it will come out of the box with the latest Android 9 Pie operating system. The handset will be powered with an Octa-core Exynos 7870 SoC with a clocking speed of 1.6GHz coupled with 1GB of RAM.
The Galaxy A2 Core will be coming with 16GB of internal storage and will also support microSD card to extend the storage further. Furthermore, it will be coming with a Smart Manager feature to optimize the performance of a device by assisting in closing background apps and uninstalling apps that are not required. On the rear, we can find a 5MP camera with f/1.9 aperture while on the front we can find a 5MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture. Moreover, it will also come with a Beauty Mode camera feature along with a few other options.
There is a 2600 mAh battery on the back to power the device which should be enough to power the device for an entire day on normal usage. The handset does not come with any notch display nor fingerprint scanner since it is an I=entry level handset. Looking at the leaks, we can expect the handset could be announced soon.
