Samsung Galaxy A10e Spotted on Wi-Fi Certification Website

Last week, Samsung launched the Galaxy A20e smartphone in Europe. Now, Samsung Galaxy A10e with the model number SM-A102U was spotted on the Wi-Fi certification website. Leaving out the Galaxy A2 Core Android Go smartphone, the Galaxy A10 is the most affordable smartphone in the Galaxy A lineup. The upcoming Galaxy A10e is expected to be the trimmed down version of the Galaxy A10. There isn’t much information available about this device. However, the Wi-Fi certification revealed the device to run on the latest Android 9.0 Pie based One UI out of the box.

All the earlier launched Galaxy A smartphones also came with Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. While most budget smartphones only support 2.5GHz Wi-Fi, the Galaxy A10e will be coming with dual-band Wi-Fi support which includes both 2.4GHz and 5GHz channels. The Galaxy A10 is currently retailing for Rs 8490 in India. Talking about the specifications, the Galaxy A10 sports 6.2-inch Infinity-V display with HD+ (1520 × 720 pixels) resolution. We also expect the Galaxy A10e to come with the Infinity-V display offering HD+ resolution.

Under the hood, the Galaxy A10 is powered by the 14nm Exynos 7884 octa-core processor. It packs 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. With the MicroSD card slot, the storage can be further expanded up to 512GB. In the camera department, the Galaxy A10 sport a 13MP camera on the rear with f/1.9 aperture and a 5MP selfie camera on the front with f/2.0 aperture. The device lacks a fingerprint scanner but comes with face unlock support. Stay tuned on Phone Radar for more details!
