Last week, Samsung launched the Galaxy A20e smartphone in Europe. Now, Samsung Galaxy A10e with the model number SM-A102U was spotted on the Wi-Fi certification website. Leaving out the Galaxy A2 Core Android Go smartphone, the Galaxy A10 is the most affordable smartphone in the Galaxy A lineup. The upcoming Galaxy A10e is expected to be the trimmed down version of the Galaxy A10. There isn’t much information available about this device. However, the Wi-Fi certification revealed the device to run on the latest Android 9.0 Pie based One UI out of the box.
All the earlier launched Galaxy A smartphones also came with Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. While most budget smartphones only support 2.5GHz Wi-Fi, the Galaxy A10e will be coming with dual-band Wi-Fi support which includes both 2.4GHz and 5GHz channels. The Galaxy A10 is currently retailing for Rs 8490 in India. Talking about the specifications, the Galaxy A10 sports 6.2-inch Infinity-V display with HD+ (1520 × 720 pixels) resolution. We also expect the Galaxy A10e to come with the Infinity-V display offering HD+ resolution.
Under the hood, the Galaxy A10 is powered by the 14nm Exynos 7884 octa-core processor. It packs 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. With the MicroSD card slot, the storage can be further expanded up to 512GB.
