Razer Phone 2 Has Been Officially Confirmed by the Company, To Launch Later This Year

After acquiring the maker of Nexbit Robin Smartphone, Razer debuted the smartphone market by launching the Razer Phone. Apart from the featuring best-ever smartphone speakers and 120Hz display, the Razer Phone also created a new ‘gaming smartphone’ niche. Later we have seen Xiaomi launching a gaming-centric Black Shark smartphone and Asus launching a ROG-branded smartphone.
Last week, the company has released the 2018 interim results where it has officially confirmed the presence of Razer Phone 2. As of now, there is no other information available about the Razer Phone 2. The earlier leaks hinted the device to be launch in the next couple of months. The first-gen Razer Phone came with a 5.7-inch IGZO LCD display with Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio.
It came with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Mobile Platform and included 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM. There are also THX certified stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. With the upcoming Razer Phone 2, we expect to see a bezel-less display and also the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform. It should also continue to feature stereo speakers, dual rear cameras, and a huge battery. Stay tuned on PhoneRadar for more details!
