Oppo R7 Plus with Snapdragon 615 and 4100 mAh battery Launched in India for Rs.29,990

The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Oppo has launched the Oppo R7 Plus, with a 6-inch display in India. Though, the resolution is the same as in R7, i.e. a Full HD resolution, but the display is from edge to edge, making it look quite better. One unique feature to this device, is the fingerprint sensor on the back.
There’s a lot to talk about how the R7 Plus is better than the R7, though the processor is the same on both. Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core 64-bit chipset is what powers the R7 Plus, along with 3GB of RAM. The device comes with a good 32GB internal storage, and a MicroSD card slot is provided as well. That, similar to the one in R7, is a SIM slot as well, so if you are a Dual SIM user, you won’t be able to take advantage of SD slot.
The R7 Plus has a 13-megapixel camera on the back, with the F/2.2 aperture, and support by Dual LED flash and Laser autofocus. According to Oppo, the camera on the R7 Plus has a RGBW type sensor, and is able to produce pictures with 78% lesser noise, while having 32% better light gathering.
Larger screen gives a larger area on the back to place the battery, and the company managed to pack a 4100 mAh battery, which is capable of VOOC charging. While there are navigation keys below the display of R7, Oppo has removed them from the R7 Plus, and included on-screen buttons. The Oppo R7 Plus has Android Lollipop based Color OS v2.1, and the phablet supports 4G LTE connectivity.
The dimensions are 158 x 82 x 7.75mm, and it weighs 204 grams, it is priced at Rs.29,990 in India. There is no information about the launch of Oppo R7 in India.
