Nubia Z18 Launched with Snapdragon 845 SoC & 16MP + 24MP AI Dual Cameras

After launching the Nubia Z18 Mini, Nubia today launched the flagship Nubia Z18 smartphone in China. With the Nubia Z18, the company is also adopting the waterdrop display design that offers a 91.8% screen-to-body ratio. Unlike other smartphone manufacturers, Nubia has opted to launch the Nubia Z18 with a 6-inch display. It also packs the top-notch specifications found on any other flagship devices. It sports metal frame and comes with 3D curved glass on the front and rear.
The 6-inch Infinite display offers Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. There is also a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the top. Under the hood is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform coupled with Adreno 630 GPU and 6GB/8GB of RAM. While the 6GB RAM variant comes with 64GB of internal storage, the 8GB RAM variant offers 128GB of internal storage. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based Nubia UI 6.0 out of the box.
In terms of optics, there are 16MP + 24MP dual rear cameras with f/1.6 aperture, OIS, EIS, and AI scene detection. For selfies, there is an 8MP camera on the front with f/2.0 aperture and AI portrait mode. The device is backed by a 3,450mAh non-removable battery and supports NeoCharge 2.5 fast charging technology that offers 9V/2A (18W) power input. On the rear, we can also spot a circular fingerprint sensor.
Coming to the pricing, the Nubia Z18 with 6GB and 8GB of RAM costs 2799 Yuan and 3299 Yuan respectively. There is also special Nubia Z18 Starry Night edition in Blue color that comes with 8GB of RAM and is priced at 3599 Yuan. Stay tuned on Phone Radar for more details!
