Earlier this month, Samsung launched the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ smartphones in Cardinal Red color in European markets. Now, the company launched the Galaxy S10+ Park Hang Seo Limited Edition smartphone in an all-new Prism Silver. The limited edition device will be exclusively sold in Vietnam starting June 16th. It comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage and is priced at VND 23,990,000 (approx $1000 / INR 72,000).
With the Galaxy S10+ Park Hang Seo Limited Edition smartphone, the company is targeting the football fans in the country. The limited edition device comes in a special package that includes Park Hang Seo back cover and a wireless power bank. When the NFC-enabled back cover is used with the smartphone, the Park Hang Seo theme will be applied automatically. The specifications of the device remain the same as the standard variant.
It comes with a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with Quad HD+ (3040 × 1440 pixels) resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. In Vietnam, the Galaxy S10+ comes powered by the 8nm Samsung Exynos 9820 octa-core processor coupled with 12-core Mali-G76 GPU. On the rear, the device sports a 12MP Dual Pixel camera with variable aperture (f/2.4-f/1.5), a 16MP ultra-wide-angle camera sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 12MP telephoto camera with f/2.4 aperture.
For selfies, there is a dual camera setup on the front featuring a 10MP Dual Pixel camera on with f/1.9 aperture and an 8MP depth camera with f/2.2 aperture. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie based One UI out of the box. The device is also IP68 certified for water and dust resistance. It sports ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and stereo speakers tuned by AKG. The device measures 157.6 x 74.1 x 7.8 mm and weighs 175 grams.
The Galaxy S10+ sports a bigger 4,100mAh battery and supports Wireless PowerShare for charging other wireless charging-supported devices. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port. The company also launched the Prism Silver as a standard color option in Hong Kong.
