Yesterday, Lenovo launched the Cyanogen powered ZUK Z1 smartphone priced at Rs. 13,499 in India and few more devices will be unveiled in the coming weeks. The company will be launching the next-gen Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus on May 17th. It is also rumored to unveil the two new Moto X 2016 devices at the Lenovo Tech World event scheduled on June 9th. Now a new tablet with the model number PB2-690N is listed on GFXbench and as usually we got the details of its specifications.

It sports a massive 18.4-inch display with Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution. Under the hood, the tablet comes powered by Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz along with Adreno 510 GPU. There is 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage on this tablet, and we can also expect the MicroSD card slot. Last year, Samsung also launched the large screen tablet called Galaxy View with the same 18.4-inch display, but the resolution is limited to 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Talking about the camera, it features a 0.3MP fixed focus camera with LED flash and an 8MP front camera for video calls, and we don’t think the 18.4-inch tablet will be used for capturing selfies. On the other hand, the Galaxy View skips the rear camera, and the front camera is of 2.1MP resolution. There is no SIM card slot, and the available connectivity options are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. It runs on the latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.

There is one more variant of the tablet listed on Geekbench with the model number Lenovo PB2-690M. Unlike the Lenovo PB2-690N, it is powered by 1.4GHz Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 405 GPU and 4GB of RAM. Few rumors suggest the company to release the Project Tango smartphone which was earlier showcased at CES 2016. While we aren’t sure, we may also hear some sort of announcement about this massive tablet on that same stage. Stay tuned for more updates!
