Moto X Force with Shatterproof Display Launched in India, Price Starting from Rs. 49,999

Motorola has officially launched the Moto X Force for the Indian market at an event held in New Delhi. A couple of days ago, we already saw the listing on Amazon India confirming the device to be made available via this same website. The device comes with a Shatter Proof display which consists of five layers which can absorb the shock during the drops and Motorola is also offering  4 years of replacement warranty.

This is the same device that was launched in the U.S as Motorola Droid Turbo 2. Apart from this unique feature, the device also equipped with high-end specifications. It is powered by a Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor along wth 3GB of RAM.It sports a 5.4-inch Quad HD Shatter-Shield display and will be available in 32GB and 64GB storage variants.

It also includes a MicroSD card slot for storage expanded upto a maximum of 2TB. On the camera part, it has a 21MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and PDAF. The device also sports a 5MP selfie shooter with same f/2.0 aperture & wide-angle lens on the front with an LED flash too. It also include Moto enhancements like Twist to Capture & Attentive Display.

It is backed by a 3,760mAh battery which is rated to deliver two days of mixed usage. With the Motorola’s TurboPower charging option, it can give 8 hours of usage in just 15 minutes. The device runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with stock UI and almost no bloatware apps. It comes with an Aluminum frame around the device with a Plastic back cover on the rear.

The water repellent nano coating makes the device splash-proof. It will be available starting from February 8th through online via Flipkart and Amazon and offline through Croma and Spice retails store. The device is priced at Rs. 49,999 for the 32GB variant and Rs. 53,999 for the 64GB variant of Moto X Force and comes in the colors Black, White and Grey.
