This year at CES we have seen so many gadgets that we can’t even describe the word, and out of that the wearables has been a keen interest of exhibitors. And it doesn’t looks-like that it is going to stop this week.
Another company that has just added a new entry is GPS powerhouse, Magellan, which has just announced its latest smartwatch, Echo Fit. The device sport a healthy amount of internal equipment that allows it to be used for all manner of physical activity tracking, as well as it compatible with whole host of pre-existing fitness apps on app stores. It will ensure that you get most out of the useful data from your workout.
Now, the Echo fit smartwatch does look like a watch, but that is not really its main feature. Instead, the Echo fit is much more of a fitness tracking device, but one that offers a watch feature too. As a result you can expect all the features thrown in from a standard fitness tracker like step counting, calories burned and more.
The biggest draw of the Echo Ft is its battery life, which according to company will last approximately for six to eight months. It uses coin-cell as its standard battery, as well as features a low-powered display and Bluetooth 4.0 connection to your smartphone. The battery will be replaceable once its lifetime is over.
Company has introduced two models of its smartwatch, one comes with heart rate monitor that will cost you around $179.99 and another variant without heart rate sensor will cost $129.99.
