A few days back Intex has launched the Aqua Raze and Aqua Wing smartphones in the Indian market. Both these devices came with 4G LTE support and priced under Rs. 6,000 price range. Now a new device named Intex Cloud Crystal 2.5D is listed on Amazon India priced at Rs. 6,899 and comes with some impressive specifications. It is the most affordable smartphone to sport 3GB of RAM. The Coolpad Note 3 Lite is the other affordable smartphone with 3GB RAM and comes with slightly higher price tag of Rs. 6,999.
It features a 5-inch IPS display with HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolution and a 2.5D glass laid on top of it. Under the hood is the unknown quad-core processor clocked at 1GHz, we expect it to be from MediaTek. As said earlier, it comes with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage along with a MicroSD card slot for expanding upto 32GB. It supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G LTE on both those SIM’s.
The device is backed by a 2,200mAh battery that is rated to deliver 8 hours of talk time and lasts upto 120 hours on standby. It has an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and autofocus; and a 2MP selfie camera on the front. There is a Live Photo mode that records a small video while capturing an image; it works same as the Live Photos on Apple iPhone 6s. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and comes with pre-installed bloatware apps.
It comes build into a polycarbonate body with an alloy frame around the device. With these specifications, it’s a better device at this price range but not as good as Coolpad Note 3 Lite which features a fingerprint sensor. The Note 3 Lite sports a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. The Cloud Crystal 2.5D comes in White & Black colors and is already available in stock on Amazon.
