Update: Sep 28, 20015 – Last week the rumor mills suggested the upcoming Huawei made Nexus smartphone to be called as ‘Nexus 6P‘ along with a glimpse of the package box and press image of the device. The device will be launched in three variants with 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB of internal storage and for your information there is no MicroSD card slot for storage expansion. The pricing of the device will be starting from $499.99 and the pre-orders will be starting in the U.S, UK, Ireland, Canada, And Japan.

The press image resembles the previously leaked images with a fingerprint sensor on the rear of the device along with a black strap sporting the primary camera along with LED flash. On the front, the speakers look same as on the last year’s Nexus 6. Since the actual launch event is scheduled on September 29th, we can expect some more leaks in the coming days.

Earlier: Sep 18, 2015 – Google to launch the 2015 Nexus smartphones at the Sep 29th event. The Huawei-made Nexus device with Android 6.0 Marshmallow will be officially unveiled and today’s leak confirmed the device to be called as ‘Nexus 6P.’ The original Nexus 6 was launched last year by Motorola, which hasn’t seen much success as the Nexus 5. Since the launch event is less than two weeks we can expect more details of the device to be leaked, Stay tuned for more updates…!

Earlier: Aug 12, 2015 – We have seen lot many rumors and leaks about the Huawei made Nexus device. As this time, Google has planned to launch two Nexus devices, one variant from the LG, and the other one by the Huawei. According to the latest leaks, the Huawei-made Nexus device will sport a metal body with a 5.7-inch display of unknown screen resolution.

On the front of the device, there will be a front-facing speakers which we recently seen on the Moto X Style. As earlier reported, it has fingerprint scanner below the rear camera. The device will feature a USB Type-C port that was earlier seen on the OnePlus 2.

The device measures 159.4 x 78.3 x 6.6/8.5 mm, the two values of thickness is because of the popped-out rear camera. Earlier to this he also posted the video, in which we can clearly see the fingerprint scanner placed below the rear camera. As per the rumors, the device will sport a 5.7-inch QHD (2546×1440) display which smaller than the 6-inch display of Nexus 6. It will be built out of complete metal and to run on recently announced Android M OS. We can expect to see the release of Android M along with the launch of this Huawei made device in the coming fall.

There is also a fingerprint scanner embedded into the device for the better usage of Android M authentication API. The big news is that the device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, which is also set to be launched this fall.

There is also an LG made Nexus, which will share the stage with the above-mentioned device. We expect that to be of Full HD resolution with smaller screen size.

Few days back we have leak suggesting the LG Nexus 5 (2015) with model number “Google Nexus 5 2015 API 22-85530” scoring 85530 on Antutu Benchmark. It is rumoured to sport a 5.2-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) display and to be powered by Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor. A battery of 2,700mAh is what keeps the device powered on.

As we are few months away from the actual Nexus launch period until then take this with a pinch of salt as there is no official information.
