A new update has started hitting the Smartwatches on Wear OS and this update is not the one which you have been waiting for long that was promised to be rolled out. The new wear OS 2.3 update has been rolling out to selected devices while most of the users were waiting for the Wear OS 2.2 H which is focused on providing better battery life. The users also reported that they have not seen many differences with the fresh update and it is rolled out to just a few selected devices as of now.

The Wear OS 2.3 update will be bringing an improved health coaching and proactive help from Google Assistant and also bring a Home app update from 2.20 to 2.21 which gives its uses a more intuitive design. Apart from these are not noticeable changes which we can spot and yea, it should also be bringing the security patch also. The changelogs of the update indicate that it will be bringing better body efficiency, a smart app resume, two-step power off and also battery saver mode updates.

According to Reddit, we can see that the update has been already received by the devices like Montblanc Summit 2, Fossil Sport, and Ticwatch Sport. Recently it was announced that Wear OS 2.2 H update was announced back in November and it is still being rolled out but it may not be available for all the watches as of now.
