Named Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL have been surfaced on Google’s website indicating the launch is imminent. Now new reports are emerging on the web suggesting the new code names of Google’s flagship Pixel devices.
According to a recent report from 9to5Google, and a commit report posted to Android Open Source Project and going through the internal files have indicated two unknown Google Pixel devices along with the older Pixel device codes as well. While the internal document’s code had already mentioned codes of Pixel XL, Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL, the latest Pixel 3 XL, and the upcoming Pixel 3a XL codenamed ‘Bonito’ the Google app code had revealed the codenames of the Pixel 4 and the Pixel 4 XL devices.
The reports reveal with great certainty that Pixel 4 is supposedly codenamed ‘coral’ and the Pixel 4 XL goes by ‘flame’ codename. Besides earlier there was a leaked benchmark report indicating Google Coral device run-in go the latest Snapdragon 855 SoC and with 6GB of RAM, which sums up the new codenames might be the actual names of the upcoming Google Pixel 4 and the Pixel 4 XL devices.
