Xwatch is Bluboo's first Android Wear Smartwatch
Bluboo, a Chinese smartphone manufacturer is going to foray into smartwatch business soon. Company releases details about their upcoming Xwatch, which is claimed to be first sports dedicated Android Wear smartwatch.
The Xwatch would be company’s first wearable, which would feature built-in GPS that would allow you wearable to track your steps, your pace, as well as how much distance you’ve travelled over the day. According to the images, the wearable would be sporting an heart rate sensor as well.
The altimeter on the upcoming smartwatch would be able to know how many floors you have climbed on the day. While the barometer would help the altimeter make sure the altitude it recorded is correct, as well as it also determines atmospheric pressure.
Sporting a round dial, the Xwatch is not ideally the first sports Android Wear smartwatch, as Motorola has already done that by launching Moto 360 Second Generation during IFA week. Moto 360 comes in two variants; one is the regular while other is a sports variant. Though a healthy competition doesn’t hurt anyone, right.
The detailed specification about the Xwatch is unknown such as display size, battery capacity, etc. We hope the device would be coming with an efficient LCD screen and considerable amount of battery capacity. Because the most feared part on the Android Wear is the battery front.
We anticipate that first Android Wear from Bluboo might be the most affordable smartwatch when it comes out. But the mystery is that we don’t know when company is going to announce their smartwatch in the market or if it would be available outside the homeland China.
In other news, Bluboo is said to launch their new smartphone the Xtouch Pro. The company is going to launch their Xtouch smartphone in India pretty soon, as they’ve partnered up with Aircel, an Indian Telecom firm. We expect the Smartwatch to be launched as soon as possible and with company looking to enter in India, we may soon see Xwatch launch outside China soon.
