Apple iPhone XR Now Available to Pre-order in India Starting at Rs 76,900

Almost a month after unveiling the Apple iPhone XR alongside the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max, the company now started accepting the pre-orders for the iPhone XR. FYI, the other two 2018 iPhones were made available in India on September 28th. The new Liquid Retina display is rumored to be the reason for such a long delay of the iPhone XR. The device is now finally available to pre-order in India via offline and online stores.

While the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max come in 64GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage variants, the iPhone XR comes in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage options. The base variant of the iPhone XR is priced at Rs 76,900 in India. The 128GB and 256GB storage variants of the iPhone XR costs Rs 81,900 and Rs 91,900 respectively. It comes in several color options including Yellow, White, Coral, Black, Blue, and PRODUCT (RED).

Just like the iPhone XS devices, the new iPhone XR also sports an edge-to-edge display with a notch on the top. However, it uses an LCD panel and lacks 3D Touch support. The device comes with an Aluminum frame and glass back body. It comes powered by the all-new 7nm Apple A12 Bionic chip featuring a 4-core GPU, 6-core CPU, and a dedicated 8-core Neural Engine. In terms of optics, there is a single 12MP camera with f/1.8 aperture, smart HDR, OIS, and quad-LED flash.

For selfies, the iPhone XR sports a 7MP selfie camera with a f/2.2 aperture along with a TrueDepth camera for FaceID. The iPhone XR also offers stereo speakers and supports dual SIM dual standby.
