Acer Liquid Z630, Z630S, Z530 & Z530S SmartPhones announced at IFA

Acer has announced quite a few device at the ongoing IFA 2015. The list includes few smartphones like Predator 6 which a pure gaming smartphone and the others include four smartphones in the Liquid series. The Liquid Z630 and Z630s are more focused on giving better multimedia experience on larger 5.5-inch displays while the Z530 and Z530s provides better selfies experience with larger front camera sensors.

Acer Liquid Z630/Z630s

The company has gotten into the Phablet segment with the launch of a 5.5″ HD Display device which is the Liquid Z630 which comes with Zero Air Gap display & with a 64-bit processor. The device comes powered by a MediaTek MT6735 octa-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. It also has a 2GB of RAM & 16 GB of Internal storage along with a huge 4000mAh of battery capacity.

Along with this Acer has also announced the Z630S model which comes with an upgraded MediaTek octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM & 32GB of Internal Storage though the looks of both the devices are similar. Both the devices features an 8MP camera sensors on rear and front. Connectivity on this device includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS, and MicroUSB 2.0.

Acer Liquid Z530/Z530s

The design of the Liquid Z530 and Z530s looks pretty much similar to the Liquid Z630 and Z630s. Both the devices sports the same 8MP rear and front camera that are on the Z630 and Z630s. Apart from the camera all the specifications are downgraded. The Liquid Z530 comes with a 5-inch display and is powered by a MediaTek MT6735 quad-core processor. The 8GB variant comes with 1GB of RAM, and the 16GB variant packs a 2GB of RAM.

The Z530s comes with a much better MediaTek octa-core processor along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. For better selfie experience on this device, the company also included a few software features like Gourmet Mode, Touch to Capture, and also Smile Shutter.

Pricing & Availability

The Acer Liquid Z630 will be available in the Africa, Europe, and Middle East starting from September for a price of $223 while the Liquid Z530 will be available starting from October for a price of $167. There is no information about the availability of the devices in the other parts of the world.
