ZTE Blade X3, X5 and X9 Smartphones Launched in Russia

Expanding its horizon in the country, ZTE has launched three new handsets; X3, X5 and X9, in Russia. These new handsets fall under their Blade series of smartphones, which already had devices like Blade X7 and Blade S6 available in the country. The new devices by Chinese mobile manufacturer are available for purchase; the pricing are; 8990 rubles (Approx. $138.50) for Blade X3, 10990 rubles (Approx. $169) for Blade X5 and 17990 rubles (Approx. $277) for Blade X9.
The first handset, Blade X3, it is now the cheapest device in the X series. Sporting a massive 4000mAh battery, the company claims it can be used to charge other devices as well, meaning it has reverse charging. The device sports a 5-inch IPS display with 720p resolution. Powering the device is a Quad-core MediaTek MT6735 chipset, which is coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. Regarding the cameras, it houses 8-megapixel shooter on the rear while there is a 2-megapixel snapper on the front for selfies.
Talking about the selfies, the second handset in series, the Blade X5 is aimed at selfie lovers as it packs an 8-megapixel sensor on front and back. You’ll think that the button placement just below rear camera is a fingerprint sensor, but it is not. It is rather a physical button, which will capture the selfie when pressed. Equipped with a 5-inch IPS display as X3, it is powered by same MediaTek chipset and has similar 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. It has got a 2400mAh capacity battery that should be good enough to last a day on average usage.

The third device that was launched in the X series was Blade X9; it is the largest device sporting a 5.5-inch IPS display with display resolution of 1920 x 1080. The interesting thing about this device is that it actually has a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 615 chipset, which is an Octa-core processor and thus you have 4G LTE connectivity. The 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage on the device ensure you have enough memory for multitasking and storage. The battery capacity is of 3000mAh, which is good enough for its size.
While these three devices; X3, X5, X9 are newly announced and yet to go on sale, the Blade X7 has gone on sale on company’s website for 14990 rubles (Approx. $230) as well as available to purchase from mobile operators like MTS in Russia. The possibilities of these devices coming out of this region are unknown. But we hope ZTE would announce these handsets in other regions as well.
