The low-cost smartphone maker, Ziox Mobiles launched a new selfie-focused smartphone called Ziox Duopix. The USP of the Ziox Duopix is the dual camera setup on the front featuring 8MP and 2MP sensors with the wide-angle lens. According to the company, it is also the first smartphone in the budget segment to feature a dual selfie cameras. The company claims to have sold almost 3 million units and is targeting to sell 10 million units by the end of this fiscal year. With 300 crore investments, Ziox also plans to enter the home electronics market by launching TVs, ACs, and other electronics.
Ziox Mobiles also roped in Sushant Singh Rajput as the brand ambassador. Talking about the Ziox Duopix, the smartphone comes with a polycarbonate body and sports capacitive navigation buttons. As of now, there is no information about the pricing and availability of the Ziox Duopix. On the front is a 5-inch IPS display offering HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolution. It packs 2GB RAM and 16GB of onboard memory that can be further expanded via a MicroSD card slot. The device runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, and we can expect to see few bloatware apps eating up the available storage.
