XOLO Black 1X with 1080p Display and 3GB RAM Launched at Rs.9,999

XOLO had launched the second smartphone under the new sub-brand Black, as announced the device will be called as ‘XOLO Black 1X.’ While the first smartphone XOLO Black was launched as Flipkart exclusively, the Black 1X will be available exclusively through Snapdeal. The latest device is slightly thicker at 7.6 mm compared to the XOLO Black with 7.3 mm thickness.

The device is priced at just Rs.9,999 and sports value to money specifications. It comes with a 5-inch display sporting 1080p resolution along with Dragontrail Glass protection. Under the hood is the MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor coupled with Mali-T720 GPU and 3GB of RAM.

Earlier to this, Coolpad and Intex launched the Note 3 and Aqua Cloud Swift respectively with 3GB of RAM and are priced cheaper than the XOLO Black 1X. Apart from the RAM, the XOLO Black 1X comes with better specifications than the other two devices. It also has 32GB of internal storage which is very rare to find in the devices priced under Rs.10,000 price range.

It runs on HIVE Atlas UI on top of Android 5.1 Lollipop. There is a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and Phase Detection Auto Focus that can focus in just 0.15 seconds. On the front, it has a 5MP selfie shooter accompanied with LED flash for better selfies even in the dark.

The device comes with 2,400mAh battery that can give 27 hours of talk time and lasts upto 394 hours on standby. It supports dual SIM dual standby with the hybrid SIM slot which can also be used to insert MicroSD card instead of the second SIM. The device also feels light at 125 grams.

Connectivity on this device includes 4G LTE, Wi-FI, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth, and MicroUSB 2.0. The device comes with a metal frame around the device with glass on front and back. It also has leather at the top and bottom of the device. The device will be made available through flash sales and the first sale is scheduled for November 6.
