As the year is coming to an end the release of all major smartphones are done and dusted. Reports are emerging already of upcoming smartphones line-up. Primarily Xiaomi’s bunch of future smartphones with model numbers were revealed a couple of days ago, and now there’s a new report suggesting Xiaomi is about to release a new smartphone with the dual camera set up on the rear.
According to a new report, a new Xiaomi model featuring a model number – M1901F9T has been approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology suggesting a dual rear camera set up in the back with a fingerprint scanner at the center for authentication. Since the earlier released model numbers are believed to be the Redmi 7 series smartphones, the new dual camera device from Xiaomi is expected to be the Redmi Note 7.
Furthermore this speculative Note 7, according to the documents, features a 5.84-inch display that runs on Android-based MIUI 10. And, it features a 2900mAh battery and model of the charger is MDY-09-EK supporting 5V/2A quick charge. And, on the front, the certified image showcases a water drop display similar to what we have seen on the smartphones released this year, and this might be the first phone from Xiaomi to feature a teardrop notch display. Earlier released Redmi Note 6 Pro also featured a dual camera set up on the back alongside a 6.26-inch screen. It was powered by a Snapdragon 636 SoC and was fuelled by a 4000mAh battery.
