Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro with Quad Cameras Launching in India on November 22
Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its upcoming Redmi Note 6 Pro in India on November 22 and has also started sending invites for the launch of its new device. In the invite, we can see a notch along the number 6, indicating the Note 6 Pro which has been in the leaks from the past few days. The handset will be going for sale in the country from November 23rd, 12 noon which is just a day after the launch. The handset is expected to be coming in Blue, Black and Rose Gold color options and might be priced around Rs. 15,000, but nothing is confirmed yet and we will know it on the launch day.
The upcoming Note device from Xiaomi is expected to be featuring a 6.26-inch 2280 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ Display with a 2.5D curved glass display. Under the hood, there is a 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 636 14nm SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and Adreno 509 GPU. Out of the box, it will come with Android 8.0 Oreo operating system and expected to come with MIUI 10 on top.
The device could support Hybrid Dual SIM wherein the second slot can be used to insert a SIM card or a microSD card. There is a 12MP main camera sensor on the rear with dual-tone LED flash and f/1.9 aperture size along with Dual PD focus and EIS, supported with a 5MP secondary camera. On the front, there is a 20MP camera with Sony IMX376 sensor with F/2.0 aperture size supported with a secondary 2MP camera.
There is a fingerprint sensor along with a face unlocking feature to enhance the security levels. There will be a 4000mAh battery on the rear and might support fast charging technology also. Well, we need to wait a few more days to hear from the company officially on the launch event where we will get to know the pricing in the country.
