The Chinese Smartphone Manufacturer Xiaomi is all set for the launch of their upcoming bezel-less smartphone, the Mi Mix 2. We all about the existence of this smartphone, as it has been leaked a couple of times now. There are a ton of rumors and speculations out there as well which already gave out a lot of this smartphone. However, what we didn’t know was an exact date of the launch. Well, now it looks we do.
Previously, we saw a ton of reports talking about the launch of this smartphone. Most of them pointed towards a possibility of the launch in the month of September. However, now we have a new report which says that the company will launch this smartphone on September 12th. Yes, if that date sounds familiar, then that’s because we have yet another company launching a much-anticipated smartphone that day i.e. iPhone 8. Well, we don’t know if this is true, but if this rumor is something to be believed, then we have to agree that this is indeed a bold decision from Xiaomi.
As we all know, the new 2017 line of iPhones are probably the most talked smartphones of all time, especially, the iPhone 8. In that case, once the smartphones go official, there will be a ton of media coverage around the new iPhones. Amidst of all this, if Xiaomi decides to launch their smartphone, then we highly doubt if they will get the attention they deserve. Hence, there is no denying that this is not really a good decision. But as mentioned earlier, this is not officially confirmed yet and hence we suggest you take this with a pinch of salt.
Having said that, we won’t be surprised if Xiaomi launches the Mi Mix 2 smartphone a couple of weeks earlier than the launch of the new iPhones. But overall, to sum this up, the coming months, i.e. September and October are definitely going to be great for the consumers who are looking to buy a new smartphone. There are a ton of new upcoming options like the Pixel 2, LG V30, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, iPhone 8, etc. If you want to be the first one to know when these devices go official, then we suggest you stay tuned to PhoneRadar. Also, be sure to let us know which one you would be interested to pick up once they officially launch in India.
