Xiaomi Has Sold More Than 10 Million Redmi Note 7 Smartphones Worldwide

Xiaomi will be launching the first Redmi-branded flagship smartphone today in China. The company also revealed the Redmi Note 7 series has crossed 10 million sales globally. It took just four months for the company to achieve this milestone. Earlier this month, the Xiaomi India announced more than 2 million Redmi Note 7 smartphones were sold alone in India. While the company launched the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro in February this year.
Recently, it also launched the Chinese Redmi Note 7 as Redmi Note 7S in the Indian market. The company also mentioned that the newly launched Redmi Note 7S will actually replace the Redmi Note 7 in the Indian market. Apart from the change in the dual camera setup on the rear, the Redmi Note 7S and Redmi Note 7 share the same specifications. While the Redmi Note 7S comes with 48MP Samsung GM1 sensor, the Redmi Note 7 Pro sports 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor.
All the three Redmi Note 7 smartphones come with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass on the front and back. While the Redmi Note 7S is launched for Rs 10,999, the Redmi Note 7 Pro retails from Rs 13,999 to Rs 16,999. Later today, the company will launch the Redmi K20 series in China. While the Redmi K20 comes with Snapdragon 730 Mobile Platform, the Redmi K20 Pro will be backed by the flagship Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform.
In India, the company will be launching a new smartphone powered by Snapdragon 730 Mobile Platform in the coming weeks. Based on the rumors, it could be the Mi A3 Android One smartphone. As of now, there is no not much information available these upcoming. Stay tuned on Phone Radar for more details!
