Xiaomi Cuts Down its Mi A2 Smartphone Price by Rs. 4,500 Permanently on All its Variants

All the Xiaomi fans should get to the edge of their seats with this new price cut on the companies Mi A2 Android One Phone. The device is now available for Rs. 13,999 for the base variant in India while it was launched for 16,999 in the month of August 2018. The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant will go for sale at Rs. 15,999 in the country and this price cut is permanent from 7th of January, unlike the Rs. 1,000 discount we have seen earlier for a limited time.
The 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage variant was launched in the country for Rs. 19,999. Coming to the specifications of the device the Mi A2 comes with 5.99-inch Full HD+ display and aspect ratio of 18:9. Under the hood, it comes with Snapdragon 660 processor and is coupled with 4GB or 6GB of RAM along with 64GB and 128GB of storage option which could be extended further up to 256GB via microSD card slot.
Out of the box, it offers Stock Android and comes with a Face unlocking system with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor on the rear. It has a 12MP + 20MP camera set up on the rear while on the front there is a 20MP selfie camera with AI features Furthermore, it offers features like Portrait Mode, Beauty Mode 4.0 and also few facial recognition features. There is also a smart Lens Selection feature which selects an appropriate rear sensor based on the lighting conditions.
The device has a 3000mAh battery on the back with Quick Charge 4+ support. The Mi A2 also comes with the sensors like the ambient light sensor, gyroscope, Proximity sensor, digital compass, accelerometer and few more which are required for automation of the handset.
