Withings Pluse HR Fitness Tracker Launched with 20 Days Battery Life

Withings has released a new water-resistant fitness tracker called as the Pulse HR which will be offering heart rate monitoring along with a connected GPS tracking and most importantly 20-day battery life. A couple of months earlier, the brand released its Steel HR sports fitness tracker. Prior to this, Nokia bought the startup Withings but later on the company reacquired itself and returned into the marked with a new logo.

Well, the new Plus HR fitness tracker comes with a silicone wristband which can be swapped with two more color options. There is an OLED display that will be giving its users real-time updates on the number of calories burned, call or message notifications, daily activity. It can also be used to detect sleep patterns, sleep duration and also has vibration alarms. The device is water resistant which makes sure that the user can carry it along with all the time to the gym, running. Trekking or even while having a shower.

The Plus HR is an update over the Pulse which was the companies first activity tracer launched way back in the year 2013. With the size of a matchbox, the device could be cringed to the belt or even placed in the pocket. Apart from these, Withings has made analog watch hybrids like the Active Pop, but the new device will be a more like a traditional fitness tracker.

The Pulse HR will be coming with Withings own OS2 operating system which was also seen in its recent Steel HR device. The fitness tracker will be going on pre-orders starting today via Amazon and Withings.com for $129.95 and will be available on 5th of December.
