Vivo will be unveiling its new X-series smartphones tomorrow in China. Till date, the company has been teasing only the Vivo X27 smartphone. However, the latest promotional video posted on Weibo handle also revealed Vivo X27 Pro smartphone. Both the Vivo X27 and X27 Pro smartphones will come with pop-up selfie camera. On the Vivo X27 Pro, the pop-up camera will come accompanied by a LED flash. As seen in the below video, the pop-up slider on pro variant comes with transparent edges.
The Vivo X27 looks the same as Vivo V15 Pro launched in the Indian market. On the rear, the triple camera setup on the Vivo X27 is placed to the left side. On the Vivo X27 Pro, they are aligned to the center of the body. While the Vivo X27 comes with 48MP + 13MP + 5MP triple camera setup, the Vivo X27 Pro sports 48MP + 13MP + 2MP triple cameras on the rear. The 2MP sensor on the Vivo X27 Pro is said to be the night vision sensor. Unlike the Vivo V15 Pro, both the Vivo X27 variants might come with a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor.
On the front, the devices will come equipped with a 32MP selfie camera. Both the devices will be running on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box with FunTouch OS 9 laid on top. Vivo has already confirmed to use the sixth-gen in-display fingerprint scanner on these two devices.
