Vivo iQOO Neo to go Official on July 2, the company confirms

After the successful introduction of Vivo’s new sub-brand iQOO with the launch of the Vivo iQOO smartphone, early this year, the Chinese manufacturer is set to bring another smartphone under its new series. While the Vivo iQOO had been the most affordable flagship smartphone featuring the latest Snapdragon 855 SoC, the company is set to release the trimmed version of the flagship smartphone as — the Vivo iQOO Neo.

The new Vivo iQOO Neo has been teased by the company already showcasing on how the new trimmed down version of the phone would like, now Vivo iQOO’s vice president Feng Yufei has unveiled the launch date on a Chinese microblogging website Weibo. Going by the post, we can say that the new Vivo iQOO Neo is said to be launching on July 2 in China, and the phone goes by a teaser ‘core and strong’, which essentially translates to another trimmed down version of the already gaming equipped Vivo iQOO smartphone.

As stated by earlier reports, the new Vivo iQOO Neo looks much identical to the big brother Vivo iQOO is terms of design, and it features a dew drop notched display on the front. On the back, we can expect triple rear cameras aligned vertically on the top left of the Vivo iQOO Neo. As it is a trimmed down version, the Neo is said to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon’s last years’ flagship processor — the Snapdragon 845 SoC.

On the whole, we can witness the new Vivo iQOO Neo launch next month, as stated earlier. Earlier teasers from the company also hint us that the new trimmed down version of the Vivo iQOO would be featuring the big brother’s Supper Liquid Cooling system and 4D Game Shock 2.0 as well. The former would help the device keep warm for extensive gameplay, and the latter has to do with in-game haptic feedback during the course of the gameplay.
