ZTE’s upcoming Nubia Z20 smartphone is going to be announced on August 8th and the brands’ President Ni Fei has revealed few details about this smartphone at the Global Mobile Internet Conference summit. The upcoming device will be coming with a flexible display. Here the flexible display means, the panel on the device will be curved and will be having narrow bezels.

Furthermore, the device is also capable of recording 8K videos which will make it the second phone in the company’s lineup following the Red Magic 3 gaming smartphone. The president of the company also mentioned that the smartphones are constantly being used as production tools by video creators across the globe and Nubia is also aiming to bring professional-grade video quality for its users.

There are already few samples of few shots of the device as well as its alleged 20x zoom capabilities so that it looks like Nubia is gearing up to offer potent camera solutions on its Nubia Z20. The handset will be coming with a new VR headset but not many details about the same have been given as of now. The device is expected to come with the latest Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC coupled with Adreno 640 GPU.
