Sharp Aquos U SHV37 Smartphone announced with 2GB RAM & 2700mAH Battery

Sharp Aquos U SHV37 is a new device from Sharp that has been added to the Aquos series. This device will be the successor of the Sharp Aquos U SHV35 that was launched earlier and nothing has been mentioned about the pricing and availability of the handset. The device has been spotted online on the official Sharp website, and the device will be available in multiple color options.
Sharp has released many devices in the recent past but has not been able to grab much attention in the market. Few devices from the company that were released recently are Sharp Aquos SH-M04, Sharp Aquos L, Sharp MS1, Sharp Aquos Ever SH-02J, Sharp Star Wars and few more devices. The Sharp Aquos U SHV37 will come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box and is a dual SIM variant with LTE (Cat 4 150/50 Mbps, LTE Cat 6 300/50 Mbps) connectivity options.
The handset comes with a 5-inch IPS LCD touchscreen display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolutions giving a pixel density of 294 PPI. Under a hood, there is a 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC with eight cores coupled with 2 GB of RAM and Adreno 505 GPU. The onboard memory on the device is 16GB which can be further extended up to a maximum of 256GB via microSD card slot.
The Sharp Aquos U SHV37 has a 13.1 MP rear facing the camera with LED flash with CMOS back-illuminated stacked accompanied with a 5MP camera on the front. There are connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth v.4.2 and microUSB 2.0. The device measures 143 mm x 71 mm x 8.3 mm and weighs 137 grams.
The handset comes with IPX5 / IPX8 / IP6X certification for waterproof and dustproof. The Aquos U SHV37 will be competing against devices like Xiaomi Note 3, Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime, Swipe Elite Plus, Lenovo Vibe K5, Asus Zenfone 2 Laser, and Honor 4X which come with similar specificatons.
